I had called to make a complaint regarding the hotel Playa Blanca in Farallon, Panama. The lady was rude and not interested in hearing what the problem was at the hotel. (Mold in the room, pillows walls cups and etc.) Then she hung up on me. Don't ever use this site because you can't get any help from them when it really counts. read full review »
