Two separate phone calls to verify that Wheels and Caps had the wheels that I needed so that I could purchase the other necessary parts. Gave credit card number and received confirmation number of the sale. Then "oops" we don't have these tires. Salesmen proceeded to hang up on me (wimp) which resulted in a call to the supervisor for an explanation of their poor customer service and to make sure that my credit card number number was destroyed and charge was not made.
