I contacted the company to ask how to proceed with a return after discovering the alarm clock I had purchased from them was defective. This began early in September. I received electronic responses, and also several emails confirming that my order had SHIPPED. I finally reached a human, and was told UPS would pick up my package. I let her know that I am not available to be at home during UPSs service hours, and asked for a different option. She refused to provide me with one, and then refused to respond to my emails.
