BEWARE of THIS BUILDER! This is just one of the many homeowner complaints that I sent to this sleezy builder. First of all, you should have seen my house during the walk-through. I brought many, many complaints of defects/imperfections to the original Superintendent regarding my brand new home. My outside areas (lawn) looked a hot mess. the sod was very poorly laid.
