I had bought a king size mattress from Macy's at Cumberland Mall in 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia. When I saw the mattress at the store it was two sided and when I received it the mattress was padded only one side and the other side could not be flipped due to hard box. I have called your company many times but no one ever bothered to call me back on this issue.
