I received Acai Berry Sample in November. I never heard anything from them again until I received another bottle at the end of December. I called since I had not ordered this bottle and upon opening my credit card bill found that I had been billed for two other bottles which I never received. I was told I would receive a cancellation and confirmation about crediting my credit card account in 24-48 hours. I never received anything. I called again and all they would say was that my account was cancelled and they gave me an email address for the billing department.
