I was billed by Verizon from Dec. 2008 thru May 2009 for 6 months @ $9.99 for this 3rd party ToLazy.net. I never authorized preium messageing, never received services. Verizon had to put a block on my cell phone to avoid future charges. I have requested a refund from tolazy.net, but have not received a response from them. Would like to know the name of the ower and address. Phone # is voice mail and gets you no place. Verizon takes no owership in this dispute and will not refund me. I feel this is a scam and the general public is unaware that they are being billed for services they did not request or receive. Check your bill carefully. read full review »
