I need overdraft charges caused by this unknown online scam artist returnrf to my checking account. This all started by my reponse to a on line solicition to take out a loan which would be deposited in my account. Instead, I got charged an application fee, fee for ID theft protection and this Starter Credit fraud. I gave my Bank account number to none of these scam artist.
