I ordered the complete 6 seasons of "Third Watch" on June 19 and you sent me an e-mail confirmation on that date stating that everything was successfully processed and would be shipped in 11-14 days. I have not yet received them and it has been two months now. The billing info was different from my address and that credit card has been charged. I want to know where my DVD's are.
