A $300.00 deposit was given in good faith to buy a Liver Parti T-cup Schnauzer back in March of 09. Shortly after Crystal Costopoulos recieved my deposit she e-mailed me and told me my puppy had died. At this time she offered my money back but asked if I would wait til more puppies were born and maybe she would have a t-cup for me. I agreed but reserved the right to my refund.
