Still no reply. Contacted American Express, they said the Co told them you enter a membership when ordering the Free bottle($4.95)s&H and have to cancel it within 10 days--I didn't even receive the free bottle until 10 days after ordering BECAUSE they send it regular mail with no tracking--so... read full review »
