Ordered a free sample in early November. Received the product in November never reordered this product. December 29, 2008 and December 31, 2008 this company sent me two unanswerable e-mails stating my order was placed and sent. I have been trying for a week to contact these people and cannot reach them. Their answering message gives a web site, however I cannot understand the address.
