I whish I found www.complaintsboard.com before making this mistake! In my case I was looking for replacement (old) development software which BayDownloads claimed to have. Like others the subscription was not what I bargained for and the fees escalated rapidly. The difference in my case was that when I singed up my credit card was rejected and so I tried a different card and it was rejected again.
