Looking to cut costs after having service installed, I canceled my in-house servcie plan. Immediately I could not receive signals on HD. I called customer service and reported I could not receive signals on any HD on either of our two HD televisions. I was told it was a in-house issue and it would cost $60 bucks to have a technician come out and check. I informed this person it was working find 15 minutes earlier unitl I tried to save $10 bucks a month.
