I have had 5 defective blackberry phones in a year and a half. The fifth arrived yesterday and this one is missing the options icon that is needed to setup my email accounts. The tech at Verizon said that they can not set it up without the icon. I have had blackberrys with defective trackballs and software that locked up and required taking the battery out to reset the phone.
