I ordered a kit for $1.95 to learn how to sell on the internet. I was charged $1.95 on 7/4/09, $68.21 on 7/14/09 and again on 8/11/09. When I called abou the additional charges I was told that I could not cancel and they would not reverse the charges and that they would send me an email. They did not send me an email. I received a CD but there was nothing on it and it requested a user id and password which they never provided and there was no phone number on it to call.
