I placed a large order for christmas on 12/05/08. I received a partial order on 12/24/08 and the remainder after Christmas. When I finally received my completed order I was charged for the same shirt twice and also charged shipping although the catalog stipulated FREE SHIPPING on all orders. I have been trying to resolve my charges for over a week at all hours of any day and I keep getting a recording saying they are very busy and disconnect my call. I am extremly frustrated and angry because I cannot resolve my issues. read full review »
