the service i was promise was not there in any such form. there technical support team does not have any knowledge of fixing there own equipment. i do not recommend this internet provider to any one. bein without servive for weeks at a time and the speed was slower then dail up. i was told that they will not refund me the early termination fee of 300.00 this company does need better management in place who knows that the customer is the one who makes his salary and provide a better service or know when there service is not... read full review »
