I give two Playboy subscriptions as Christmas gifts, however, you send only one gift enclosure card. On August 25, 2008, I requested a second gift enclosure card (confirmation #68c55) and was messaged to "Be patient". I was patient until December 24th and still no enclosure card. I am now VERY IMPATIENT! It is time for me to remit for the subscriptions but still no gift enclosures. I am hesitant to send payment as I am not happy with your service.
