I was only asking for information regarding grants and only paying $1.95 shipping and handling fees, not for a course. I do not want a course nor can I afford a course at this time. When I received my credit card statement, not only was I billed $1.95 for processing, there was a charge of $57.61 that was not authorized, which put me over the limit on my credit card.
