They are thieves! I opened an account last year and I knew I had at least $10 back in the card, taking into consideration that they charge 99 cents per month. So I called customer service and they say that the system does not provide records of phone calls placed more than 14 months ago and therefore they cannot provide an explanation to why my balance is zero! They apologized but said that no money can be refunded to the account. Thieves!!! read full review »
