Recently, on 7-29-2008, I made a payment (on account #7510-7900-3603-4159) by phone because I wanted it to get to the company on time (due date was 8-5-2008). I wrote down the amount I paid, $56.29. Two weeks later, on 8-14-2008, I got a phone call at work from CitiFlex asying I was one cent--one penny--short on that payment, and when was I going to pay up? I laughed at the guy, and said that was their mistake, that I had paid $56.29, as I had written down.
