Brookstone has an unfair return policy. There is absolutly no way to know that a robe (unopened) is not returnable. The entire store AND the receipt states that it can be returned with receipt...see reverse for policy details. The back of receipt does not say robes, nor does the website, but the key is "Some exceptions apply". They can apply it anywhere they choose. DO Not Shop here read full review »
