I tried to purchase a pair of shoes from simpleshoes.com The item was in stock and I was supposed to receive the item within 7days or so. I got a confirmation of my order in my email account. After a week, I did not hear from them, so I decided to check on my order. On their website, it indicated that I do not have an outstanding order. So, I email their customer service.
