I found a good price on an island range hood here and placed an order. I waited several days and had not received any update on the status of my order. Their website status still said "Processing". Over the course of the next week, I contacted them 3 times, and each time they said "the item will ship today". Needless to say, the range hood never shipped, and I canceled my order. They are really clueless about their shipping. I recommend to stay way from them. read full review »
