After purchasing T.V. discovered picture is only adequate from a straight on position. Cannot view properly from any other angle. T.V. is located in a bedroom of normal size and the volume is terribly inadequate. At times on 100% can finally hear. (We have no hearing issues) While under warranty have called in and first tech said they would send someone out. A week later they called back to say, sorry, no can do.
