I bought flooring from the Cordelia store, where customer service is non existent. I was sent a flyer stating that if I came down during the specified time frame I could have flooring installed and not pay for two years. So I went to the store to take advantage of their offer and buy new flooring. The bamboo flooring I chose was not available for 30 days, so I agreed to wait and filled out the paperwork.
