My youngest son purchase a Chub City car with his own money but was having problems removing the packageing. My teenage son offered to help him. When he was having problems getting it removed himself, he asked for permission from his grandmother to use the phone to call the 1-800 number. My son on his first call was told to call back when they were open? The paper says they are open 9am to 5pm pacific time. My son was calling at around 2pm their local time.
