When you buy from RTG, everything goes smoothly in the store. BUT BUYER BEWARE!!! In light gray small print on the back of the receipt are the store/company policies. You better hope nothing goes wrong, because you as the consumer are completely out of luck. You only have 48 hours to cancel an order, or they keep 20% of the sales price. Then if you have trouble with delivery, which you will, it is a nightmare to correct. I feel completely scammed by this company.
