I ordered trial size and it never came. When I reordered, I mistakenly clicked on wrong tab and now am being charged 127.00. I called customer support and was told I could not get a refund because the product had been shipped. I just ordered it one day ago and haven't even received! Was also told the guarantee was only good for the trial. I immediately cancelled any future orders. The service rep was rude and very abrupt. Told me there wasn't anything I could do.
