Purchased coffee from urbancoffeedirect.com, thought I was ordering from Seattles Best Coffee. It was supposed to be a one time $5.00 charge and I could cancel. I was charged $38.95 on 8/12/09, another $38.95 on 8/15/09 and yet another $38.95 on 8/19/09. Now I am forced to put 'stop payment' on my account and the 3 transactions have placed my checking account into withdrawing from overdraft protection costing my $35.00 for each transaction. When I called urbancoffeecirect at 866-794-2030, I got a recording to leave a message and someone would contact me. That has not happened. Please check into this fraudulant company. read full review »
