Ordered and paid for Norton 360 version 3.0 on or about 8/8/09. Norton is in effect. On 8/10/09 there was a second charge to my account for the amount of $ 18.50 Today I received in the mail a CD for Norton 360 v3.0, with no explanation what the purpose of this CD is. The invoice total is $ 18.50--------presumibly that was the charge recorded on my bank statement.
