I purchased a CD about grant info and was charged 1.98. One week later my account was charged 59.95, and again 4 weeks later my account was charged 59.95 causing my bank account to be overdrawn both times. I only wanted the CD and did not authorize any one or any company to keep taking money from me. I was told by the company after phoning them about the terms and conditions supposedly listed at the bottom of the page that my account would be charged monthly until I canceled.
