When I came to this site to post my complaint against DirecTv I had no idea how many others out there had already experienced their horrible customer service! The billing practices and continuing errors of this so-called business are horrendous. Apparently this is routine business for them. I've had DirecTv since August and they have over-billed me more than $100 and even though I've contacted them at least 4 times by phone and 3 times by email they still haven't managed to make corrections.
