about 6 months ago purchaes a trial size Trislim product via the internet. Before trial was over received $150 worth of more product and credit card was charged. When I contacted Trislim they informed me the contract was very clear and I'm obligated and pretty much an idiot. I cancelled immediately and all was well. Now a few months later I receive a charge on my VISA for $19.95 without any knowledge or approval. I sent fit-fac an email today 01/11/09 stating I would like an explanation, cancellation and refund.
