After ordering they charged my visa but didn;t ship the rokr Motorola cell phone my son wanted. When I called to find out why I was put on hold for an hour and never could get through to a live person. After giving up on contacting anyone by phone I sent an e-mail asking what the problem was. The website promises a response in 2-3 business days...Its been a week and still nothing. Canceled the Visa charge. Don't do business with these people unless your feeling lucky read full review »
