I became a member of bookclubservice.com, after completing the on-line offer of "winning a Gift of Dell Dimension 2400" on 8/27/2004 and completed the contract of buying the required number of books from the book club. Then I sent a number of emails to the book club and to the metarewards company, and a priority mail letter to the metarewards on 11/11/2005, but got neither any reply by mail, or email or got my gift.
