i was charge the $4.95 shipping and handling charges which was noted on my account but i never did recieve the free trial offer. then an additional amount for $83.95 was taken out of my already depleted account which left me with a negative balance. when i disputed the charges they would only refund me for a much lesser amount instead of the full amount. i feel that i should be able to get the full amount refunded. therefore i would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter of great concern to me. thank you ms. brenda p coleman read full review »
