Please refund me the price and shipping. I contacted your customer service and they told me it would be here at a specific date or earlier. I wanted to expedite the shipping but felt this date was fine. The date came and went and the project was shipped without being able to use your coating. I was dissapointed as I had to ship the item without rust protection. The next step is up to you. I will rate your actions online in my consumer groups.
