Lamplight Square at the Park Apartments

In the last 6.5 weeks my apartment has been flooded twice. 1) One week prior to Thanksgiving a hot water heater explodes and ended up flooding my closet and 2/3 of my bedroom. At 12 midnight I notified maintenance man and he claimed nothing was wrong. He claimed it was water from snow melting on roof and it could not be resolved till the following day. 2am I notified him that the water was coming in too fast and steady rate for it to be snow related. I filed a complaint with the Nissan Corp. in regard to the rip off I got in February 2009. I gave them a check for "future downpayment." I told them I was not sure when my legal issues with hospital would be settled and I would get the money to back the check. They stated, "No problem, we will work with you." Well after 3 months they started threatening me that if I did not give them the $5000.oo in cash they would hand me over to their attorney.
