I initially contacted the company to provide them a change of address so here is my story. I purchased the devise in February of '09 and maybe used it only a few times, due to the fact that sometimes it would work, other times not. I had recently moved and just never used it again. I bought it which included the one year of service and thought I would go ahead and but the additional 2 year service plan.
