DTVPAL Conversion box failed. After many tries, got through to tech support who said they would send a replacement out. Was told for a month that the unit was sent. It was a lie. Many promises that a manager would call me. Never received a call. Sent letter to: Charles W. (Charlie) Ergen CEO Dish Network 9601 S. Meridian Blvd. Englewood, CO 80112 No Response.
