I ordered a free trial of the acaiberry detox, paid 99 cents for shipping, this product never arrived . I tried contacting customer service. it was a recording that would never connect to customer service. I used the live chat system. I explained the whole situation of never receiving the product, then my card was charged the full price. he said that since I didnt cancel before the 15 day trial period that that what it cost. I explained I never even received the product and I wanted that 87.14 put back on my credit card. he said that I still needed to pay since I didnt cancel. I contacted my credit card agency to investigate and dispute those charges. read full review »
