8-22-09 Day 149 of refinance process. It took 4 months for underwriters to finally request tax returns, W-2's, etc. for the 2nd time around! What total incompetence they have for their refinance dept. With stellar credit, great employment, savings, IRA's and investment equity and never taken a loan on a piece of property before, I can't seem to get a loan.
