To whom it may concern. Sears is the worst place to work at. Femi who is the big boss is rude, nasty, and just not rite. He put women down yell at them make them cry. He told one lady that works there to brush her hair and put makeup. When I issue is brought to him he does nothing. I reported two of his workers a man and women were doing some nasty stuff in job behind close doors in the job! He did nothing I find that wrong.
