I would like to know why soy is in just about every product in the grocery stores. I am very allergic to soy and find it almost impossible to buy foods I'd like to buy and can't because of the soy content. I never had food allergies until the past several years when all of a sudden soy was introduce to food to help lower cholesterol and whatever else it does.
