My mother went though this company for flowers on my birthday. All day long I waited home forgoing things I needed to do on my birthday for these flowers to be delivered. Every time my mother would call they would hang up on her or transfer to an automated voice mail. The flowers were apparently delivered after 7pm! When I had already left for my birthday dinner. They left them not with my office or to be redelivered but with a neighbor who is away for the weekend now.
