I don't think I need to go into the details with you because I can see that many others have the same complaint. I realize that the time that has gone by is my own fault, but the charge ($14.95) is exactly the same as my internet charge, so it got missed until today when my internet provider contacted me. I NEVER join discount programs (which apparently is what this is), so I never would have willingly joined yours.
