My brother Tyron is a Vietnam War vet with substantial emotional and memory problems. He had apparently clicked on a 14 day trial subscription to the company's service for the cost of $1.78. He was hospitalized for a 2 1/2 week period and had forgotten all about it and had never used the service. I saw the notice on his bank statement of a withdrawal of $75.95 by them on 8/4. I have requested 3 times, and my brother once, to cancel the service and refund the monies. All they have done is cancel the service... His account is overdrawn that... read full review »
