My VISA card was charged $ 88.00 on 7/26/09. I did not order the product and did not receive anything. I contacted the company as soon as I received a sample size, and requested no more shipments. When I try to contact the company now, I am instructed to go to www.shipmentassistance.com, but I don't see any way to contact the company. How do I resolve this problem? read full review »
